Taharat al-Qulub's Praise

Praise be to you God,
ever unmatched in power and greatness,
from and to eternity.

Yours is the glory that excels,
You are the One the only, the ever living, the all sufficient, the disposer who brings into being and makes to pass away, the arbiter of will who decrees and decides and determines, in whose power resides all lapsing and receding and approaching in the world of things.

You are the listener, the observer, who hide us in Your Grace, who surveys all that we conceal or that we disclose, the King who bestows and withholds, who brings together and who puts apart, who enriches and makes poor.

You are the One who speaks the eternal word from of old which never perishes and never fades.
