What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall I use to describe it?
It is like the mustard seed, which is the smallest seed in the ground.
Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants.
Jesus

Jesus frequently compares the kingdom of heaven, or God's way of doing things, to the process of sowing and harvesting.

Jesus compares Truth or God's Intelligence or Word - or however you may want to define this, - to a seed. Like seeds, when Godly Thoughts are sowed and cultivated, they produce a "harvest" or blessings, - i.e. "nourishment" for all the needs that we have.

A good practice to adopt then, is to cultivate great spiritual ideas, words, prayers and poems in your life:

Take the best 'genetic seed strands', - the Great ideas of holy men and women throughout history, who have produced beautiful fruits, - and sow them in your heart, mind and soul.

In time, it's only natural that you'll reap the same results.
